Excelsior Exam Deadlines?

Does anyone know if EC makes exceptions for the exam deadlines. I have one approaching next week and could really use another week of studying. Any advice would be helpful.

I spoke with EC told them my situation and they granted me a two week extension like I asked for. I am extremely grateful. I am glad that they are willing and available to help. They are very supportive.
