You might try sites like http://www.flashcardexchange.com or http://www.flashcardmachine.com -- I'm sure there are students who have made A&P flashcard sets.

There are tons out there! Do a quick google for anatomy physiology quizzes and you will get pages of them. :) You can also do a google by the system you are studying. I found this very useful to test my strengths and weaknesses. I highly recommend using them.
