Examples of Empathy Tests

Taking my theory class in grad school and we are working on a Middle Range Theory assignment. My theory is empathy. I would like to get examples of the "empathy" tests as a handout for the class (i.e., Affective Sensitivity Scale, LaMonica Empathy Construct Rating Scale, and/or BLRI scale). I have spend hours searching the web and are only finding research articles that are testing these scale and not a copy of the actual test.

Does anyone know of any sites where I can find these?

If you know the authors of the tests, you could write to them or call them and ask if you can have a copy. You might be able to find them on the internet through a google search even if you can't find their tests. Chances are the tests are copyrighted and unavailable unless you buy them through whoever sells them. However, if the authors are willing to share, and give permission, that's another possibility. I do know that most "tests" are not copyable, so if you were thinking of giving copies to the other students, that might not be possible, unless you pay for them, or have permission. When I took theory, many of my co-students contacted the actual authors of theories and found them very helpful. I searched for them too, just now, and didn't find any of the tests you mentioned.
