everest lpn graduate can they take online lpn-rn classes out of state?

hi.i am an everest institute lpn graduate.i would like to take an online lpn-rn class from out of state once i get my lpn license because i hate snow in michigan and i wanna move to a state without or with just a little snow(i like warm weather).i want to be able to work as an lpn while going to school because i have financial issues so i wanna take classes online.i do not want to take classes from excelsior because i heard you can only practice in certain states if you are an RN graduate from Exelsior.I dont wanna be limited to practice as an RN in only a few states.

does anybody know of an ACCREDITED online lpn-rn program that only takes 1 year or less,the state has a warm weather or only gets a little snow and if i graduate from that program it will let me practice as an RN in any state

Each state has different requirements and not all schools are accepted by all states. So all would depend on which state you want to work in and then doing your research to find out which online LVN-RN prograns that are out there and are accepted by that state. Good Luck

Are you asking if you can challenge the boards to become an RN by virtue of having over 30 years of LVN work experience? If this is your question, then the answer is no. LVNs/LPNs must graduate from approved LPN-to-RN transition bridge programs and pass the NCLEX-RN in order to become RNs.

Indiana State University offers an online LPN-to-BSN RN program. You do not need to live in Indiana in order to attend, as the program is online.
