I know there are already a couple of posts for this school, but reading through the threads I didn't get all the information that I was looking for and considering that they are pretty old threads I made a new one because I didn't think anyone would look at those anymore. I've already completed all my prereqs at a community college, but I don't want to wait around forever to get into the community college rn program.
Anyways, I wanted to find out for those who are already in the program or have the info. What kind of studying should I do for their entrance exam? What kind of stuff comes in the tests. I also would like to know the cost or estimated cost of the school. And how do they go about choosing the students for the program? What exactly is the application process?
I've already called the school, but the lady that answered the phone wasn't able to give me much info except for that info sessions are in August and the program starts up again in January.
And if you are already in the program, I would like to know how to do you find the teachers to be?? Would you say that this is a good academic choice??
Please help me as I live really far away from this school and I am moving out there just for the program. It is a little difficult for me to just drive over to visit the school. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im still waiting and its driving me crazy, I scored pretty well on my test so I just don't know what the hold up is.
I've got some theories...one being we might be dealing with a dual bell curve situation where a bunch of people did really well and a bunch bad...and the other being that I have some college credit. To maximize their profits they might want someone who doesn't have any scored really high...I know I'm being pessimistic but the waiting is seriously making me crazy too!
Hello, I took my test the same day...haven't gotten a call yet..I scored a 87%..I thought that was decent..I know I'm being blunt with my score, but the evolve web site said that the average was 68. So, I don't know what's the hold up. Any word from you guys yet?
I, too, recieved an 86.7%, and was told I would definitely have an interview. I'm not sure what the hold up is, since they said that interviews would be in October and November.
The paperwork says to call if we haven't heard from them by December 1st..so, I don't want to call yet. But, I'm concerned that my paperwork slipped through the cracks somehow. Ugh!
Also, remember the score that hesi sent us includes our entire cumulative score. Everest is supposed to only look at reading, comprehension, and math. The science, A&P, and other sections aren't supposed to count. If that's the case, I scored in the high 90's. I'm really staring to wonder why the delay....guess I'm glad that at least I'm not the only one.

I need to make living and job arrangements if I get in and one month notice makes it difficult to figure stuff out. Yeah, my average would be in the low 90's..but you're right either way we should have been in..anyways good luck to you guys..I'll keep you posted if I hear anything.

Hey Guys, I was one of the first ones to take the test and got a very good score but I also haven't gotten a call. I want to call soooo bad but I want to be a good boy and follow the instructions on the paperwork they gave us, I wonder if they are even going to answer their phone on the first....I bet its going to be REALLY busy!
