Ethical Dilemmas

]Could you help me pls to find ethical dilemmas that a family and not the nurse is facing during their admission to an ICU after a car accident that hapened to their 22 yr old son? This is the scenario. The accident occured durind the time of vacation and the boy transfered to an ICU that is in the capital of the country. The parents are informed of the event (they are living in a small city, 300miles away). They go to the hospital and the situation is critical. After a few days the doctors informed the family that their son is going to live but he needs special treatment in a recovery center at the capital city. WHAT ARE THE ETHICAL DILEMMAS OF THE FAMILY DURING THEIR CONTACT WITH THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM AND PROVIDERS?

I agree this sounds like a question I had while in nursing school for one of my courses. Which capital city in which country - Also if this is a true senario, what is the culture of the family, etc...
