Most of the things and treatments are contained within your policy and procedure manuals too........one of these sites is canadian, it is relevant and is very good. ONe of them talks about the spacestation but the information is relevant. All of them include links to other sites. What we see in emergency medicine is vast and takes time to grasp it all don't be so hard on your self. Wanting to grasp the knowledge is admirable but it really takes time......Welcome and good luck!!!!!

A long list of nursing web sites. Some good, some not...you decide.
This site is very tongue-in-cheek, but has some really good info presented with some humor to keep you interested: http://www.impactednurse.com/
Click on Free Gift (it's the link to their free eBooks) and download Emergency Nursing Unscrewed. Some really great tips in there.

I'm a relatively new ER nurse and feeling like there is so much I don't know!! Is there a kind of "one-stop shop" online for ER nursing for treatment and explanations of typical ER stuff - asthma, stroke, DKA, etc...
Thanks!
