Equipment needed for School

I have been accepted into nursing school and I start in January. Being that Christmas is almost here I would love to put some things that I need on my Christmas list. I already have a watch and stethoscope on my list. Is there anything else you would recommend that I put on my list?

Before you go out and buy all of that stuff, make sure you school doesn't have required brands or models. (I bought a Littmann Master Cardiology 200+$ stethoscope and my school wanted a classic II... luckily I convinced them so I saved the $100 that would have cost me, but they could have made me buy the one they wanted...) Also our school wanted us all to have matching everything so they had a bag put together at the uniform place with everything in it that we needed all for the "low low price of just..." LOL
