EPIC Optime and Radiant help

Does anyone happen to do combined OR and Interventional Radiology cases? If so is there a workflow that you use to book/decrement/document these cases? We are struggling to get our Epic support to help us figure this out.

The OR documents in Optime, the cath lab/IVU staff document in their module. If the case is in the OR, it is booked at the proper time in the OR. Because Epic doesn't allow for duplicate bookings in 2 rooms at the same time, the cath lab/IVU scheduler places it in the add on depot. All departments document as they normally would. If an item used is from OR inventory, the OR charges for it. If it's from cath lab/IVU, they charge for it.
