You nned to list an area as the rates will vary greatly. And what specialty?

BSNs may get about $0.25 per hour more, usually it isn't much, just that you have more room for advancement with a BSN.

In Philly new grad starting salary is about $24/hr. I think it's about $19/hr in central PA. At most places BSNs do not get paid more.

Does anyone know what the starting salary for a RN is in Pennsylvania.Also how much does a BSN increase ones income?
