I'm a licensed registered nurse from Ghana, recently initiated my credential verification and evaluation with Cgfns, while waiting for the completion of the process and nclex, I'm thinking of taking either a Patient Care Technician or CNA course to enable me to get some experience in the States but I don't know which of the two programs has high chances of employment in the hospitals in New York. I need held, if anyone has any information for me

Neither would enhance your ability to be hired in an NYC hospital where some places have hundreds of local applicants for a single job opening.
