Hello. Im trying to endorse my license to California but due to my situation being a bit unique, its quite the challenge.
1. I am currently working in Montana
2. I hold both a Montana and New York license.
3. All my nursing education has been from the Philippines.
4. My school in the Philippines has sent a DHL package with my transcripts to the California board of nursing.
Recently ,I saw this on my application.
Can someone please help me proceed? I do not know how to get these documents.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, did you ever get the endorsement..? My situation is similar in that I got licensed in another state, and my education is fr the Philippines.

Hey, I get it—dealing with all this can be really overwhelming, especially when you're juggling licenses from different states and trying to sort out things with your education from the Philippines. But don't stress too much; we can break it down.
So, about that International Verification Form—since your school in the Philippines already sent your transcripts, you might want to double-check with them to see if they also sent this form. If they didn't, you'll need to nudge them to send it directly to the California Board of Nursing.
The stuff with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is usually about getting your documents authenticated. You'll probably need to reach out to the DFA in the Philippines to see exactly what they need to process and send over to California. It can be a bit of a hassle, but it's doable.
Now, for the documents you need to send via BreEZe or mail:
You'll need to upload a clear copy of your Social Security card or ITIN. You can do this directly through the BreEZe system or just mail it in.
As for your nursing license and diploma from the Philippines, if they're not in English, you'll need to get them translated. This part might feel like a pain, but it's important to make sure everything's clear.
The visa/passport thing—they want to see your entire visa or passport from the time you were in nursing school. So, yeah, that means all the pages, not just the main one.
Look, I know this all feels like a lot, especially with you being in Montana and trying to sort out stuff from multiple states, but just tackle it one piece at a time. Start with whatever feels easiest, like getting that SSN/ITIN copy uploaded, and then chip away at the rest. You've got this! And if you hit a wall with anything specific, don't hesitate to ask for help—whether it's from the Board, a friend, or someone who's been through this before.
