Endorsement timeframe for Chicago

Hi! Does anyone know approximately how long it takes to get endorsed in Chicago? I have the application and information but cannot find information on the timeframe which is important! Any help is appreciated.

Well, I submitted all of of my paperwork on November 27th, and then had to send additional paperwork on December 11th. I just checked online, and my license was issued as of December 17th. Maybe that's an anomaly, but that seems incredibly fast compared to my past experiences with New York and New Jersey. So, that's the shorter side of the timeframe, if that helps any.

Applied October, and got a letter a month later, saying application incomplete.

(which it wasn't).

Sent all the papers again November.

Just received the same letter AGAIN asking for my California licence, CCA, SSN etc.

Do I send then a THIRD time???
