It usually takes 10-12 weeks to process.
When I submitted my endorsement application, they told me if you are not missing any documents, they will not issue you a temporary license.
PS. I applied on July 27th and got my license on Sept. 28th.

It really does take as long as people say. For reference, I sent my materials to the board the first week in June. By July 7th my check was cashed and breeze account was made. Initially breeze said I was missing education materials, but that went away after a couple weeks (when the transcripts were reviewed). By the last week of August, I received a letter in the mail that my fingerprints were rejected due to poor quality (I called to question it, but was basically told this is up to DOJ and there's no arguing it). Since I was near CA at this point, I went and completed LiveScan. Then I waited and called the board daily, was told my file was somewhere it shouldn't have been, and then finally my license appeared on breeze the second week of October. So they're probably right, and you probably won't get it any sooner that December.

I was to,d 10-12 weeks from when the check gets cashed for regular license. I am also wondering when the temp license will come through.
I paid for a temp license as well and never got one. Just went straight to the permanent one by the time everything was processed.

That seems unfair. I mean, they took your money for a temp license.
