I have passed the NCLEX RN NY state board and I have already attempted the NCLEX RN in Connecticut before. Now since I passed I need to transfer the license to Connecticut. I am a foreign graduate nurse who graduated a very long time ago. It says on Connecticut's RN endorsement page that I need to arrange for a transcript of nursing education from the source. Does this mean that I have to call my foreign school and ask them to mail out a copy of my nursing education or will the CT BON do it? I know that I need to fill out my application form. But Im really confused about how i get verification of nursing education since I studied in a foreign country. Please help! I do not have a CGFNS certificate and I do not plan on getting one. I have previously taking the NCLEX before..

As I mentioned in another thread you need to contact the BON and ask them, if they still require CES then you have to arrange for CGFNS to receive all relevant documentation as well as send in your CES application
Just noticed you have already tried NCLEX for CT state. They should already have your documents so you really need to speak to them
