endorsement how long is the process?

Hi guys,

I am transferring my license to Michigan.

I called since they took the money from my bank account.

They told me 4-6 weeks from the time they receive the application.

My question can I take them sooner than that? I have a job interview not sure what to tell them?

Tell them that you have applied for endorsement X weeks ago and anticipate getting your Michigan license within the next week or two.

can I start the orientation and my license isn't active in Michigan??

It will not harm me if I tell them that?

Interview process will take a few weeks and they will give you at least a minimum 2 weeks to quit your old job. That will buy you a minimum of 4 weeks. Your endorsement will not take that long. You probably need to talk to them about starting before your license is endorsed. I don't believe it will be an issue. You have a valid state license instead of being a new grad and attempting to pass NCLEX.
