I graduated nursing school in 2006. I got married and started a family not needing to use my education. Since then I have now currently had to go back and take refresher courses and take my NCLEX in which I passed. I have my current license in Indiana but haven't used it since obtaining it this year. I heard that in Illinois you can't get your license if you didn't get it within 3 years of graduation. Is this true or would I be able to get my license by applying for endorsement in Illinois?

I've never heard this, but I would give the Office of Professional Regulation a call to verify.
