Endorsement CA LPN - help

Hi I just graduated from nursing school early this year 2016. My DON had my class fill out the application, take passport photos, and had fingerprints done during school time so we did not have to fill out breeze.com application on our own. I plan to relocate out of state and CA does not participate with nursys.com but instead breeze.com. I am a little confused and would like some advice please. When I read the online endorsement application it is asking for all the above. Do I contact my nursing school to resubmit to the BRN my passport photo, nursing transcripts? I had thought the BRN will have all of those things because I recently graduated and the passport, fingerprints were required to sign up for NCLEX. Also, do any have the number to LPN board of nursing regarding license verification ? I know that nursys does not participate. do I contact breeze? thank you sorry for the many questions
