I've had really bad imposter syndrome when it comes to applying to the program. I've finally gained to courage and let me tell you this has been the most nerve wrecking 3/4 month of waiting. But in 3 days decisions are sent out.
I guess I'm here for words of encouragement. I'm really worried I may not be competitive enough. My undergrad GPA is a 2.8. I fell sick from endometriosis and financially hardship and it took a toll on my academics. I went on to get my masters from university of Maryland school of pharmacy and ended with a 3.5 GPA. I did pediatric diabetes research for a short period of time til the study ended. I mentioned all of this in my personal statement. Anyone been in my shoes or no someone who was in my shoes and was accepted?

Just checked my portal again and it's still saying that my application status is submitted. No email, nothing on OPUS either that says rejection, waitlisted, or offered admission for Round 2 results. Starting to wonder what the situation is on my end.

Trying to stay optimistic but yes. They emailed me back and say the delay was because technical issues.
They emailed me back earlier today and this was their response haha. Definitely still nervous, but at least I'm not out of the race yet in terms of an offer
Their decision for me came in yesterday and blessed to say that I've been admitted for Fall 2026. Guess the initial scare of a decision not coming in this past Monday was well worth it haha.
