Emory University Master of Nursing (MN) Pathway to Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Summer 2025

Hi everyone! I'm starting this thread for applicants to Emory's MN to MSN Pathway program as the August 1st deadline is almost up!

I keep checking incase OPUS happens to somehow update a few days early haha. Tuesday cannot come soon enough!

You guys....check OPUS. Mine says "admitted" & has an option to pay admissions deposit. This means I got in right?? I just cannot believe this....

I just made an opus account 10 minutes ago but mine still says 'application received' but also "pay admissions deposit"?!! Does this mean I got in?

 

also just wanted to confirm I applied to MN to MSN but application says "master of nursing (ABSN)”, is this because it's only the first part of the program? Does everyone else's say the same?

Mine also says the same thing for "application received" and "pay admissions deposit"! I'm confused but excited, but I also applied to the MN to MSN program and mine says "Master of Nursing (AMSN)."

Mine says the same thing! Has anyone been on in the last week that can confirm it's a new update on the application? I just made an account 20 min ago to check.

Mine still says application received with no option to pay admissions deposit, so it may be a good sign to have the option. Congrats to everyone!

I emailed them earlier asking if I was admitted into the right program since it originally said Master of Nursing under academic plan with Fall 2025 start and asked if they could confirm I was accepted into the program, since I was unable to view an actual decision in the nursing portal. 
 

I didn't get a response to my email, but I just checked & it's been updated to Master of Nursing (AMSN) & says application received (before it said admitted), but I still have the option to pay the admissions deposit, with Summer 2025 start.
