Hi Everyone! Just wanted to give an update. I received an email from Emory this morning titled, "Status Update from Emory Healthcare" and it said.....Your resume has been successfully reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team and has been forwarded to the hiring department for further review. For status updates please log in to your account online. In addition, monitor your inbox carefully. We will contact you primarily via email as the hiring process continues. Thank you, Emory Healthcare Talent Aquisition

Looks like they're making progress on those thousands of submissions! Did anyone else receive this email?

No, I thought phone interview will be prior to unit interview

@Charlie2410 I got that email way back in March and then 2 emails about calling applicants. I have also received no phone call as of yet. Seems like quite the waiting game huh? :/

@mgfam....Yes, I believe you are correct, a phone screen will occur prior to a unit interview. I believe they use the phone screen as a weeding out tool just like the questionnaire. If someone knows how this process works please let us know and thank you in advance.

@KRN910...yes, it is quite the waiting game:sarcastic: I am trying my best to be patient and keep in mind that this is a lengthy process. I'm sure there is more involved in it than we realize. Trying to look at it from their side, from what I've heard and read they receive thousands of resumes from all over the country. I'm sure it takes time to go through the resumes, send out the questionnaires and wait for those to come back, and then go through those, and so on. I know I am anxiously awaiting their next email or phone call but it's not something we can control so in the mean time this forum seems to be a good outlet. I'm glad to have others to communicate with that are going through the same thing as me:wacky:

@mgfam....Eeek! I am so excited for you! I'm glad you received some good news! If you don't mind my asking, who called you? Was it a recruiter? What did they say exactly?
