Mine starts Sept 8th!
I did Kaplan! it helps a lot with the critical questions!!! I did questions over and over and went over rationals. I had online Kaplan questions and I did all the Qbank ones there along with the question trainers 1-7. It helped me.

It really depends on where you are gonna work? EUH? EUHM? SJH? WW?

I applied to EUH, got an interview less than a week later and the next day a job offer. Just depends on the department.
The recruiter will call you initially. You will have a personality test that you fill out.
or maybe it's called a "questionnaire".
You will also submit five references, 2 professors/preceptor roles and three other professional roles to vouch for your survey - don't worry, it's just a link and you fill it out and it does the work for you by sending emails.
My thing is that Emory is a great place to work. You will learn so much and get a great education there. It is so difficult to initially get an interview - but once you do, that's a very good sign. Best of luck to everyone.
