Hey everyone! I started this thread so we can comment, give advice, and track the application and interview process!!!

Hi all! I was wondering if someone could tell me the difference, if any, between Emory University Hospital and Emory Midtown's Emergency Department? I had an interview two weeks ago for Emory University and still have not heard back from them yet and today I got a call from Midtown asking to come in for an interview for the ED on Thursday. I wasn't sure if new grads had a preference over the two and about how long it took to hear back from HR after the interview? Thanks so much!!

you are welcome. It really just depends on unit manager and clinical nurse educator, if they are gonna do interview with you. Are you for Georgia?

I recently moved to GA and its for med-surge in Midtown. Next week I am taking my boards too, so I am keeping my fingers crossed!!

Bless for you, I changed the original test date which was next Friday, because I feel like I am not ready yet. Nice, I am gonna work at midtown too. Double cross my fingers to bless you to pass everything.
