    we require pals, acls. encouraged to be cen within 2 yrs of hire. recommended tncc, enpc. many nurses taking these.
    i personally enjoyed nrp- made me feel more confident w/ the neonatal assessment/intervention until ldrp shows up--
    if your hospital does not have a maternity/ldrp unit- then nrp would be very beneficial as well- more in depth then the enpc/pals modules.
