Hello,
I just changed my email address due to switching companies and my email that is on the application is no longer valid. I am not sure if they will even use the email to contact me but I sure don't want to miss it if they do. What's the best way to let them know. I was thinking of sending a postcard with the new address to the department. Is that acceptable?

Don't send a postcard...use it as a good excuse to call or fax/e-mail another resume with current information and be sure to put "updated" somewhere that it is easily seen.
