Needing help or advice please. I have a misdemeanor for theft of property which was actually from shop lifting but that's what it went on my record as from when I was 17. I was placed on probation and had to pay a fee. I completed all that and it was dismissed. I now am less than a month from graduating and worried I will not get accepted to take my state exam. Does anyone know or have any idea if I'll be eligible? I am stressing out and upset at the fact that I worked so hard to get here and will not even be able to get my license.
