Elcentro/northlake fall hopefuls

Hi, I am applying for El Centro and Brookhaven and I have to take the Hesi entrance test. Did you take it already? If so, can you tell me how it is and if in the A&P part is specific. Thanks, good luck with your application.

I took the hesi. It is fairly simple and the AandP portion is general knowledge from API. The math is easy, but I reviewed the green study guide for hesi, it is in the elcentro library in the reference area. The grammar, reading comp and vocabulary are fairly basic. I scored a 92 overall, and remember we only have to score above 65. Good Luck to you!:wink2:

I'm applying to El Centro and Brookhaven as well!! I'm hoping to get into either. I plan on retaking my HESI for a higher score but anyway it goes, I'm so nervous because I'm worried about the cut-off GPA as well. Its been pretty consistant the last few semesters so hopefully that will hold up this semester... We'll see!! :)
