Elac Spring 2018 RN program

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone has information about how to apply or what steps are necessary to apply to Elac college. I will finishing my prerequisites this June and I would love information when I take the TEAS test for this school. I'm planning to apply to every LACCD college, but Elac is the first school that starts their application period sooner...

any information would be appreciate it!

Hi there I was just looking into Rio Hondo but looks like I missed the information session. Would you mind sharing info given to apply? I'd really appreciate it. Today I just applied to LA South West and also will apply to LAVC next month.

I think my cum gpa is 3.2

Teas was 74%

Science gpa 3.6

I went to the application session. You have to download the application and type it. Have all you're prerequisites done. Bring the completed application along with official transcripts from non laccd schools. If Laccd schools just bring unofficial printout.

Also bring a self addressed big Manila envelope with 4 stamps and one regular sized white envelope with 2 stamps.

You can also include unofficial teas score printout.

The last application session is September 11 be there early because there aren't many seats. They didn't turn people away though.

Second part of the application is available until sep 1, a short essay about yourself and at that time you submit the official teas score. If you haven't taken it they will invite you to take it there free.

Then from there its basically a lottery system to choose about 30 students and alternates. Once selected both attend a mandatory orientation and anyone who is late or does not attend looses their spot to an alternate. The counselor said they expect about 160 people to apply.

Wait what is this about?? I am confused. We submitted application in May. Havent heard back yet. Are you talking about Spring 2018 admissions??? Also do you mind emailing me the information too! Let me know!
