El Centro Fall 2015

Hello All!! I know it is VERY early to be thinking about this but the process to get in takes quite a long time. I wanted to make a thread to help us all get through the application process together, share problems, feelings, etc. :)

well fall of 2015 the hospitals were the VA, mesquite rehab center, and a facility in Plano called heritage manor, I believe. they change things up every semester though

I'm assuming the same hospitals that are in the information packet as el Centro . North lake is just the satellite campus. Did you get accepted to north lake too

I got a letter just now..it is denial because of "Non-complaint with Sentry MD..." I had the email from Sentry MD with full compliance before 31st Jan 2015.. It is very sad..My points are 30. The letter recognized my points but admission is denied because of this unfortunate Sentry MD...

I am going to see Dean on Monday with all proofs.. I am very anxious.. my weekend is spoiled. I don't know what will happen now... Will they consider me after seeing all proofs OR is it too late now? Does anybody have similar experience?

I got accepted into El Centro. I applied with 29 but they only gave me 27. I don't know how they didn't give me credit for the other ones.

I didn't get in, but my letter says I still have hope, incase anyone declines. I had 26 poinys, with HRSI cumulative of 400. Congrats to those who got accepted!

Im with hca but wont be going through their program due to employment requirements. Congratulations!!!!

Any experience on this type of situations.. Though it is not my mistake because I have the email confirmation from Sentry MD however I am in soup...any suggestions would be highly appreciated....

show the dean all of your emails that you sent/received from sentry MD. im sure if you get this matter to the dean ASAP, she'll be able to help you. don't give up and be assertive.

Anyone who is accepted to Northlake want to make a Facebook page or something so we can get to know each other a little before orientation and school.

I like the Facebook idea for Northlake! I'm totally in. I would make it muddled but I'm not too tech savvy. if anyone makes one here, let me know! my email is [email protected]
