I landed an interview through the local hospital's new grad RN intensive program. It's a competitive process as I have already done personality, situational judgement and RN specific testing in order to move onto the interview process. As part of our initial screening we had to rate our preferences for their pre-selected floors. I chose women's (L&D 1st), ED and then med-surg as my top three. It will be a panel interview and was hoping to get some feedback re: resume... Should I edit/fix what I have here? Or should I make it more general nursing specific (vs L&D-ish)?
Thanks in advance for any feedback.
