Edison State College Nursing program 2012

I went to an adivsor last week to go over starting my app for Summer/Fall. I heard that summer is less competitive than fall. I'll have all my prereqs done by May, so I am planning to apply for summer at Edison, and also applying at FGCU. I have 92 points for Edison so far. I have read some other threads that indicate mid to high 80's is typical to getting into the program at the Lee campus. If I were you, I would consider putting Charlotte or Collier campuses on as alternatives (You number them 1-4 on the app, 1 being your first choice). You do have to do your clinicals, etc in the particular county you are going to school in. I live right by the Lee campus, so it is not convenient to go to Charlotte or Collier...but I have read in these threads the point ranges are lower for those campuses. If those are your primary campuses, even better!

ive decided to retake the hesi if I score at least a 87_88 i'll hAve 89 points overwall and hopefully i'll get in with that.

I'm applying to Collier for the summer, but I'm not sure that 84 points will get me in..

I would buy the HESI book and study it to make the 91...the collier program is getting even more competitive then before. There are only 24 seats available and I know of several people with more then 90 overall points.

Just took the HESI today, got an 88.67. They said they would round it up to a 89, since I already have 59 points overall, getting an 89 gives me 94 overall points on the application!!!

Just learned a few days ago that i got in the Collier day program for this Summer...:yeah:so excited!!! Anyone else ??? Looking for some possible classmates!!!

Also found out I got in to Lee day program for summer! Im excited I got in! Congrats to everyone else who did as well. Waiting on another schools reply now though. *happy dance*
