I asked about the CPR and stuff, and no it wasn't in the email. She sends that info out after your background clears because it wouldn't make sense to get all that other stuff done, and then not get in because your background didnt clear. So she didnt specify details. I've heard it has to be American heart association certified though. I have a 20 month old daughter . We have a pretty good routine down now because I'm at school mon-thurs as it is, and work Fridays. It's been totally manageable for the past couple years. Hope it doesn't get too much harder schedule wise! Right now I have a good balance. I don't want to be gone late or anything, and miss my cuddle time with her :)

I got into Charlotte. Just did my drug test and finger prints today!

So on the website- Certified background.com, It looks like the package we used, was only for the finger prints and drug test. I'm not sure what's going on with the background test?

Im pretty sure they use your fingerprints along with your name to do the level ll check.

Glad you finally posted as well.. I was thinking.. thanks Kelly for starting this post, but where are you? lol Yay! Glad you got in! Do you live in Fort Myers as well as me, or do you live in Charlotte? I saw that you applied to both Lee and Charlotte. Which one did you end up putting as your first choice?

Congrats Kelly! Can't wait to start and meet everyone in may. So far I know 3 people I already go to class with that will be starting with us on Charlotte campus. Maybe more people will find this board!

I live in Fort Myers and put Lee as #1 and Charlotte as #2. But It's fine, I live about 35 minutes from the Charlotte campus! I can't wait! 3 people that you know personally Emily? Or just from this board?

Same here according to google maps my drive is 32 mins. What stinks is that I have to take ap2 at Lee campus because the one at Charlotte conflicts with the nursing schedule. So I will be going back and forth over the summer.

That's a pain! How do you know the nursing schedule already though? I have no ideas what days class is or anything.

The schedule has been posted and you can enroll for classes tomorrow. I called to find out if we can register for the nursing classes online, but *** couldn't give me an answer. She gave me the email address of the program director to ask.

I am going tomorrow morning after I drop my son off at school to do the drug test. I wonder how long til we get more info!

I don't know if any of my current class mates are in the Lee day program yet. I can't wait to make some nursing friends. :yes:

I have an 18 month old daughter. ***** who is your teacher for A & P II this summer?
