  1. Congratulations! I just finished my last pre-req class and all my gen-ed classes are finished as well! I start my nursing program next Tuesday. GL!
  2. Lee campus is very competitive. You will need to get a high score on the hesi and complete most if not all of the ge classes in addition to the pre-reqs. The school sells a hesi review book for 30ish dollars. I highly recommend getting the book and reviewing it. Good luck!
  3. I'm registered for classes! Are you guys talking about a mailed packet? I haven't gotten anything in the mail.
  4. I just got an email with an acceptance letter and orientation information. I'm still not able to register for classes though.
  5. I haven't heard anything since the first email for the drug test & background check. I replied to that email asking when we should expect to hear about acceptance and further instructions. Hopefully we hear something soon.
  6. Yes any arrest (in any state) will show up on your background check. I agree with the pp, you should always be honest. They will find out about it, so having the opportunity to explain your arrest rather than a lie would be a more favorable situation. My school states that any arrest should be disclosed even if the arrest led to no conviction. They also stated if an arrest had occurred and it was not in regards to an offense which requires termination of program acceptance, a review board would discuss the arrest and make a choice to keep or dismiss the applicant.
  7. Anyone hear back from school yet? I'm still waiting to be able to apply for classes....
  8. I did mine at UPS and they have already come back. UPS is where certifiedprofile.com said to go for fingerprinting.
  9. My yes showed up on Friday evening. I didn't see it til yesterday. So exciting!!
  10. The finger printing is how they run your background check. How long did it take after you completed your drug test at the lab to get results online?
  11. I was hoping I would log on to see my background and drug test complete this morning. Anyone get their results yet and how long did it take?
  12. Kelly, I would call the school and ask them just to be sure.
  13. I finished my drug test this morning. I arrived 15 minutes before they began drug testing people. I was first in line. When I was done with my test the entire waiting room was FULL of people. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was so happy!
  14. If you log on to the portal you can search the summer schedule. There are only 2 classes to take. Look at the nursing program information page and it tells you the 2 classes. I just logged on this morning to register for classes and the LEE nursing classes are all ready full. Really... people registering for the classes that are not even in the program? Frustrating.
  15. The schedule has been posted and you can enroll for classes tomorrow. I called to find out if we can register for the nursing classes online, but *** couldn't give me an answer. She gave me the email address of the program director to ask. I am going tomorrow morning after I drop my son off at school to do the drug test. I wonder how long til we get more info! I don't know if any of my current class mates are in the Lee day program yet. I can't wait to make some nursing friends. I have an 18 month old daughter. ***** who is your teacher for A & P II this summer?
