Hi! I will be starting the RN program at Edison this summer.....finally! Have been doing my pre-reqs for 7 years now and was told I was pretty much guaranteed to get in based on my points. I am excited that I will finally be starting, but nervous about the work load at the same time. Also married w/children. My youngest is 7 and at least they are somewhat self-sufficient which will help me get thru the next 2 years of schooling.
Post-partum is also my main area of interest at this point, but I am looking forward to trying out different areas over the next 2 years.
Good luck!

How many points do you have? Are you planning on the evening or the day program? Just curious, I wish to try for the evening program.
Best of luck to you!!
I hope to get accepted for the nursing program at Edison (Lee County) starting Summer 08. I have a lot of points so I feel pretty confident that I will get in. I have one last class to take, Human Growth & Development, which I start on Thursday. I can't wait for the program t start; I am really excited about the actual nursing classes.
I am in the evening program now. I don't remember how many pts. I had to get in. I believe there were about 100 applicants and 48 open seats. I really like the evening program, the director is great. We just started our summer classes. The evening program goes straight through, We had about a week off between spring and summer and we will have about a week and a half off between summer and fall. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello, I am interested in attending Edison next fall. I really want more info about the professors and the actual program. I want to know if the professors really give the students help when needed and I also want to know the passing rate.
