I am supposed to speak with someone about possibly starting school @ ECPI in raleigh nc in may 09 or july 09. I really want to go but the cost is amazing!! I know between grants, loans and scholarships it will come down from 29,000 to maybe 15,000 but wow!!! I know that i can get in but once again the cost has me hesitating. What would you guys do? I am tired of waiting to get in to cc. But keep in mind this if for the pn program.:heartbeat

would you like for me to be honest?

many cc do not accept credits from ecpi, so if you wanted to become an rn you could have some issues with transferring of credits. you would end up retaking some classes.

i am paying 5,800 for my rn at a community college. keep applying to colleges, take as many general ed and pre reqs as you can so you look more competitive.

i would not personally go to ecpi, 1 for the cost, and 2 because of the transfer of credits.

they always take applicants that seem the most competitive, nc cc's did away with actual 'waiting lists'.

if there are any extra classes you can take, take them!

also, have you looked into..watt's school of nursing?
