  1. Florence Nursing pays their LPNs more than that i think LPNs get 22 and 24 on the weekends.
  2. I am actually moving to Raleigh NC from a small town about an hour away to hopefully attend ECPI for the December LPN program. I have to retake part of the TEAS but I am confident I will get in. After financial aid is done how much does the tuition drop down to? I heard as low as 10 to 15 thousand.:heartbeat
  3. ecpi raleigh 07/09 when does the next class start in raleigh. I already took the TEAS but decided not to attend in july due to medical issues.
  4. Isn't that what an LPN would receive for pay, not an RN and certainly not a BSN.:twocents:
  5. If there is a "shortage" then how will they be able to phase out LPN's. One would think the powers that be would be happy to have competent nurses be it practical nurses or registered IMHO.
  6. mitch look up the raleigh durham area, also check out virginia beach va:redpinkhe
  7. I would have thought you would know something by now. Classes start soon. Are you planning on day or night classes?
  8. If turn over is low or super low it is for a reason, take it, take it, take it.
  9. Good luck, and you are right you can tell a lot by the CNAS.
  10. Hey futurenurse05 how do you plan of defraying the cost of school and how much do you have to pay back while in school. Also how does it compare with a cc?:heartbeat
  11. I am supposed to speak with someone about possibly starting school @ ECPI in raleigh nc in may 09 or july 09. I really want to go but the cost is amazing!! I know between grants, loans and scholarships it will come down from 29,000 to maybe 15,000 but wow!!! I know that i can get in but once again the cost has me hesitating. What would you guys do? I am tired of waiting to get in to cc. But keep in mind this if for the pn program.:heartbeat
  12. I just spoke with someone @ ECPI this morning in Raleigh about getting in. The cost is out of this world but i am sick of waiting to maybe get in @ a cc.The fact that you have to pay back while you are in school is also a little daunting, but i think i may go for it after all. They do have job placement though.:heartbeat
  13. You could try favorite staffing and also excel staffing and nurses rx:o
