Hi everyone!!
Wow, glad I found this forum through the general nursing forum.
Here's my questions:
1. Has anyone taken one of the Economics CLEP? How did you find it? What should I concentrate on?
2. For people who have taken Economics, do you find Macro- or Micro- is easier for someone with relatively no Economics experience?
3. Has anyone used http://www.instantcert.com/info.html Is it worth it? And is this the ONLY thing you need to study from in order to do well??
Sorry, I'm so new to this. I hadn't heard of CLEP until Thursday. I had gone to get advised by the admissions director at LSUHSC, which is where I really want to go, and am applying for the fall. She was really helpful, but I found out that the fact that I have five pre-reqs to take in the Spring is going to hurt me, since they won't have the grades in front of them when deciding. She suggested CLEP. So, I can take the sociology and Economics, and fill in two more classes, so that I'll be a bit more competitive (too bad there are no Fine Art CLEPs!!
)
ANY info or advice on any of this or studying for it is MUCH appreciated!! You guys are the best!
Take care,
Tanya
