EC TEXTS

[color=#483d8b]

[color=#483d8b]i started out with dlsi and bought their tutorials, but i am apprehensive of getting books indirectly from a tutoring facility rather than through ec. are there any former dlsi students who used the texts to pass eces?

[color=#483d8b]i am using lisaarend's notes and they seem to coincide with the content guide. any study tips would be appreciated!

It does not matter what you use to study from as long as you are able to learn the material being tested. It is easier to start with the recommended texts for obvious reasons. I remember at least one time seeing a question that came right from text that I remembered reading. That is not to say that it might not be written the same way in another standard text. Some people only use the study notes like larends or sg101 and pass the tests. Others read everything they can get their hands on. It is up to you what you will find that helps you be successful. I used the recommended texts supplemented by test prep books most of the time.

I bought used College Network books off EBAY and liked them. If you are not LPN background, you should purchase the full "Fundamentals of Nursing" text.

I went to Paramedic school and the nuring text helped me start thinking like a nurse.
