East Los Angeles College ADN (ELAC) Spring 2024

Published

Hi everyone!

I didn't see any discussion for those of us applying to ELAC Spring 2024 so I just wanted to start one!

Has anyone heard back or know when we will be hearing back, and if so do you mind sharing your points? Good luck to everyone, may we all get the chance to become the compassionate nurses the world needs!

Aww I just got an email, basically saying they had too many applicants than spaces so I assume that is my denial letter. Hope others got good news!

I just got an email...sadly I didn't get in not even as an alternative. I'm not sure how that works, but if anyone got an alternative email please share thank you!

Same LOL it was a weird rejection email ?

I haven't received anything, so I don't know if that's good or bad news at this point if others are saying that they got what seems to be rejection emails.

I didn't receive an email either. I got 63 points, maybe they accepted applications with higher points.

I received an acceptance letter yesterday evening 11/17 around 5:00PM pacific. I believe I had around 62 points, will have to double check when I get home later. I did score 99th percentile on TEAS.

I also received an acceptance email last night around 5 PM. I had 65 points on the multicriteria worksheet.

Has anyone else heard back?

No, I'm still waiting for acceptance/ rejection letter.

I just received a rejection email.

Oh dang, I'm sorry! The program must be getting more competitive because you had a great score. I received rejections from the ABSN programs I applied to last year before going the ADN route. Best of luck with other programs or the next application cycle!
