Hi Pilar,

I am a Nursing Home Manager - have been for 10 yrs now and really like my job - it is very challenging at times, but also very stressful (as is every nursing job).

I am planning to take my NCLEX next month and move over to Florida next yr hopefully and work on a Rehab ward or med/surg ward - but it scares me to death as I have been out of the Acute Care setting for so long - but again I need the challenge and like learning new skills....

Wales is ok!!! It is mostly green and we have a few mountains - and we live by the sea. I live an hours drive from Manchester...

I have an English friend who lives in Fort Worth, Texas!!
