I am third year student in bachelor nursing here in Belgie. But Dutch is not my mother language and i have some difficulties!! Will there be someone willing to help for my end work, on "nursing care after an appendectomy!

Actually, I believe it is: the other two posts by this person are one in Dutch and one in broken English, asking for a Dutch speaker to help with a student assignment on appendicitis.
