During a job interview, what questions do you ask?

What are some of the questions you want answered when going on a job interview?

Pay, hours, etc?

I never ask my interviewer pay or hours.

I always ask the HR recruiter that.

What I do ask the interviewer is the ratio of patients to nurses, about turnover on the floor, typical patients seen, and how supportive is the floor of new RNs.

Asking your future boss for pay info, hour to work, and time off looks bad because it doesn't make you seem like you are interested in the company...it makes you seem interested in yourself alone. You have to convey to them that you are a team player.

But generally HR is okay to ask those type of questions to. Just make sure you ask tactfully because they may influence your interviewer based on your questions and attitude.

Ditto abundantjoy. Also I asked about orientation time, and arrangements.
