When you guys say that it hasn't been updated... you mean that it only says "submitted " and not that is being reviewed?

I submitted my application August 1st and my last name starts with C

Yes, mine shows "submitted" only currently

Everyone says submitted, click open your app to the checklist page of items and that's where it says it's being reviewed. 
 

"Welcome, (Name) ! Thank you for applying to the Duke University School of Nursing.

Your application is complete and is currently under faculty review. "

yes, mine still says submitted for status, but its when I go into my applicant tab, as pictured couples pages back, it'll say Welcome, so and so, thank you for applying..., and right underneath it, it says Your application is complete and is currently under faculty review. Everything else, it says status: submitted.

For reference, I submitted 7/23 and last name starts with C. so it does seem like it's going mostly by alphabetical order unless you submitted really early. Last year, people got rejection letters around third week of august, but if not all apps have been reviewed, maybe that got a lot more applicants this year than they have before, which is estimated to happen across all schools this year. So I think we will probably hear back next month.

I submitted on 7/15 my last name starts with a W and I haven't seen any changes to my status. Just still says submitted.

What if you click on the application? There is where you can see if your application is under faculty review.

Yes it's said that it's under faculty review since July 26th for me.
