Duke Job Family Levels

Hello,

I just applied for a Clinical Research Coord I job at Duke University. It states that the Job Family Level is 82. Does anyone know what this means, and if it is related to salary?

Also, does anyone work at Duke doing clinical research? If so, do you like your job, or would you recommend it?

Any help or information is greatly appreciated!
