2 Dui's in Tennessee.

Okay. Hello everyone I have a straight forward question I have two first offense duis on my record I have completed all probation and paid fines. Has anyone taken the boards in my similar case. Do I even have a chance at all? I currently live in Tennessee.

Please clarify how it is possible to have two first offense DUI s. It is usually one and then two DUIs. First and second with different degrees of punishment.

I'm also a little confused about having two first offenses. The math.. you know. Them maths cuazis problams.

Basically you go through an alcohol detox program and it reduces the charge. If you have rude comments just don't say anything at all.

It really depends on what your record shows. In Tennessee, a first DUI gets a pass if your probation has been completed. If you are attempting to become licensed in Tennessee, you could possibly be asked to come and explain your situation before the BON because of the other charges. However, it is possible you could receive your license without comment from the Board.

It still counts as two duis. All probation and fines are complete. I just didn't know if that would stop me is all. There is nothing else on my record at all.
