In my opinion, based on my interpretation of the two articles listed below, yes. If you were arrested, not only are you required to report this, you should have done so within 30 days.

I was arrested for DUI a few months ago in CT. I was accepted into the first offender program and in a year my case will be dismissed as if it never happened. My employer is aware and is very supportive. Do I need to report this to the BON? Do I need a lawyer?
