Dual CItizenship and Military

I was wandering if anyone is aware if it is possible to become a commisioned officer in the military and have dual citizenship. I spoke to couple of recruiters and what one says is contradicting what the other says. Do I have to officially denounce one of them, because if so it will take me forever, the whole process is just way toooooo long. Please help me

Having to denouce on of your citizenship might be because of the other country.
