I know about grapefruit interactions, what about apple juice? Thanks for your help everyone.

I'm not aware of any interactions between apple juice and medications. A pharmacist would probably be your best resource for this information.

Google "apple juice interaction" to get started. Fexofenadine (Allegra) seems to be one of the main ones.

Unless someone is drinking a good amount of apple juice on a regular basis, it probably isn't much to be concerned about.
If you want to make more accurate predictions about what will interact with what and to what degree, then google CYP450 interaction and see what you get - lots of good reading there - are they teaching that at the undergrad level these days? They were not when I went through my AD program, but I imagine it is at least being mentioned now.

I was going to say Allegra/fexofenadine as well. You should basically avoid all juices for that one.
That's all I can think of.
