Our system is messed up. We peddle drugs, there are disincentives to pushing our clientele toward healthiness. The Feds base reimbursement on customer surveys. Guess who are the most frequent users of the healthcare system? The folk who are non-compliant, who practice unhealthy lifestyles, and who lead less functional lives in general.

The government and insurance companies are in cahoots with the drug companies, and the healthy and working people get to foot the bill.
