Hi, just applied for Drexel's CRNA program and I'm so nervous, IDK how my app will do against many applicants.

  • Pre Reqs at Community college GPA: 3.66
  • Diploma RN GPA 2.6 (family death for the best of me)
  • BSN GPA 3.89
  • Science GPA: 4.0
  • Certs- TNCC, CCRN, PALS, ACLS
  • I've been LPN 5 Years, PICU nurse 2 years.

Do you guys think I have a chance? Also how long after applying did you hear back? What was the interview like? I'm praying so hard I get in!

Hi Scarlet Rose & @eAZyRN

Congratulations . I'm excited for both of you. Did you receive the offer in your email or you were called by the Director? I received a call I have been accepted yesterday, but yet to receive the official email from La Salle.

We are talking about Drexel's acceptance.

I have an interview in a few weeks. Just curious, how long after the interview did they get back to you? Hope I get to join you both!

I interviewed May 30th and got my offer June 6th.  Exactly 1 week later.

Anybody apply and hear nothing yet? I did confirm with an admissions rep that I will be reviewed for the upcoming class based on what they see in the computer, but have not heard anything.

I heard from someone else that they may send another round of invitation around late Summer or early fall.

Hi! Is there a Facebook page for accepted students yet?

They are completely rebuilding the sim lab with all new equipment, I toured there before getting accepted. I wouldn't base my education off of just a sim lab/equipment that is absolutely ridiculous, you'll only learn so much practicing on mannequins and mock codes. I would be more focused on getting your numbers, clinical sites, affordability, front loaded vs hybrid, and what care models they are geared towards (individual practice, ACT, etc.)

Should we make one? Would be nice to meet everyone in advanced!

Does anyone know when we'll get more info on classes/anything we need to do before we start?

I was starting to wondering the same thing. Has anyone done anything besides FAFSA?

Would be nice to set up a Facebook group for communication purposes.
